At Nolaine we want the delivery side of your order to feel as considered as the product itself, so our shipping terms are set out plainly below. Shipping is free on every order within Singapore.

Shipping Locations

This shipping policy applies to orders delivered within Singapore.

Delivery Times

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (SGT). Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day, which can add one day to the estimate.
  • Order Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Once your order is processed it is handed to one of our carriers.
  • Transit Time: 6 to 8 business days, Monday to Friday.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary for reasons outside our control.

Carrier Services

We work with established carriers delivering across Singapore, including SingPost, Ninja Van and J&T Express.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: every order within Singapore ships free, with no minimum order value.
  • Paid Shipping: for any destination outside our free shipping zone, the cost is calculated and shown at checkout.

Delivery Issues

If anything goes wrong in transit, including a delay or a lost parcel, contact our customer service team straight away. We will chase it with the carrier and make sure your order reaches you safely.
